In the challenging economic landscape of the 1980s, marked by soaring interest rates exceeding 15%, Gail and I embarked on a journey to obtain our real estate licenses. Our paths diverged initially, with Gail starting her career at Judge Fite Company and myself at another firm. However, life’s changes led me to make a pivotal decision in 1991—to join Gail at Judge Fite.
Our connection went beyond professional collaboration. Both navigating the realms of single motherhood and sharing a common religious background, we swiftly became steadfast friends. Our bond extended beyond the workplace, as we, along with our children, found solace in attending church together. This shared experience fostered a network of mutual friends and acquaintances.
The turning point arrived in 1995 when, driven by a desire to streamline our lives for the benefit of our friends, we decided to merge our individual careers and establish “The Donna and Gail Team.” With almost three decades of collaboration, we proudly stand as one of the longest-standing real estate teams.
Our journey has been a testament to the strength of our partnership. Drawing on our shared experiences and the ability to harmoniously work together, we’ve not only weathered challenges but flourished. The Donna and Gail Team has become synonymous with expertise, experience, and unwavering dedication.
